All cemeteries are required by law to provide consumers with a detailed breakdown of charges when purchasing property, either in a pre-need or at-need situation. When you contact a cemetery for pricing information, make certain that they are providing all the charges. The price of the lot, crypt or niche alone constitutes only a portion of the total cost. As a consumer, you are only able to make a value decision if you research all the costs associated with burial or interment.

Individual, standard graves $850

2 grave monument packages from $2,300 to $2,600 (grave spaces only, sold as a package with your choice of monument)
8 and 12 grave monument sites from $6,800 to $12,000
Opening and closing $800
Individual graves, all sections $475
Opening and closing a cremation grave $425 (does not include chapel or graveside service)
Single crypts from $5,100
Double crypts from $9,200
Opening and closing a crypt $625 (includes chapel service)
Single niches from $1,150

Flush memorials from $665 (plus tax)
Memorial setting and maintenance fee $275
Recording fee $50 (applies when second urn added to a burial, entombment, or inturnment)
PREARRANGEMENT PAYMENT PLANS
- Minimum deposit of 10% of total sale required
- Monthly payments up to five years
- 5% annual interest applied to unpaid principal balance
- Balance can be paid at any time without penalty
